Day One: |
Cairo /
Bahariya

• Your
air-conditioned van is waiting to take you to Bahariya
Oasis, the perfect escape from
everyday life, hot springs, palm trees, golden sand dunes, old 4
wheeled vehicles, donkeys, golden mummies and the ruins of old
temples and tombs all make Bahariya extraordinary. A soft bath
under the moonlight on the edge of the desert is unbelievable
and a jeep safari inside the desert and around the oasis is a
life changing experience (322 KM. Four hours per way).
• After arrival to Bahariya and checking in Hotel you must be
very hungry, Then go to the Hotel’s restaurant to have your
Lunch.
• You can now start wondering around the Oasis along the old mud
brick houses, The first thing that catches your eyes is the
sight of the Bahariyan people in their colorful clothes looking
interestingly to you and greeting you with Arabic or English
welcomes or blessings.
• Now Return to the Hotel for Dinner & Rest.
• Enjoy this quite night, Good Night and Happy dreams |

Day Two: |
Bahariya
(Dessert Safari: Black Desert, White Desert and Crystal
Mountain) |

• Good Morning,
Your Breakfast is waiting.
• Today a very unique and Special event is waiting for you, an
experience you will keep talking about for the Rest of your
Life, We will Break Into the Desert with 4X4 land Cruiser to
explore its secrets and magic.
• The Desert in Bahariya Oasis is rich
with Contrast and Charm, the Black Desert
with its amazing Colored rock structures,
the Crystal Mountain
the wondrous mountain with desert roses and crystal stones, the
white Desert in which you
feel as if in the middle of a snow field with marvelous wind
carved sculptor including shapes like domes, minarets, castles,
towers and so forth.
• During your Safari Tour you will help preparing your first
meal in the Desert, Have a Nice Lunch on the sand.
• When the sun begins to set the landscape takes a range of
different hues - yellow, pink, orange, purple --- as the sun
nears the horizon.
• Now its time for a lovely Bedouin Dinner under the
stars.
• Later we spend the night on blankets under the desert sky
spotting shooting stars and listening to the absolute silence of
the desert, Good Night. |

Day Three: |
Bahariya (The
Town of Bawiti, the Temple of Ain el-Muftella, the Tomb of
Bannantiu, the Temple of Alexander the Great, Bahariya Museum,
the English Mountain), Return to Cairo. |

• Good Morning,
How many stars did you count through the night
• Now have your Breakfast between the desert’s arms
before we start our Local Tour in Bahariya.
• Our Day Starts with a Visit to the Town of Bawiti
the Main and Largest City in Bahariya in which a huge (possibly
the largest) necropolis of mommies from the Greco-Roman era was
found.
• Next to the Temple of Ain el-Muftella,
used for worshiping various gods through times therefore rich
with various wall and sealing paintings.
• Also Visit the Tomb of Bannantiu
who was probably either a trader or
wealthy land owner during the 26th Dynasty, judging by his
elaborate and large tomb.
• Continue to the Temple of Alexander the Great,
the Macedonian ruler's only known temple
in Egypt, The temple was built during Alexander's lifetime and
dedicated to Gods Amun and Horus.
• Then Visit Bahariya Museum,
Home of the newly discovered spectacular
Golden Mummies, then end your Day at the English
Mountain (The English Houses)
Located on a flat hill top near Bawiti, a fortification built by
an English Captain during WW I.
• Bet you are tired, Now back to the Hotel for Lunch.
• After this exciting day and in the afternoon your
air-conditioned van will be waiting for you to return back to
Cairo.
